Citizens Arrest is a very under appreciated band especially for being from New York. The vocals are brutal and musically it's one of the more unique hardcore albums I can think of. Check out the growl in the beginning of "Through The Mist."
Edit - The files have the album listed as Discography because I took it from a discography compilation that was recently put out. It's the full record though so just change the album name.
